What is Patchwrk?
Patchwrk is the beauty of transformation. Each piece is more than clothing — it’s a one-of-one story, reimagined. Handcrafted from reclaimed textiles, our work blends heritage, culture, and design. By giving new life to the forgotten, we create fashion that feels personal, timeless, and never replicated.
Why does Patchwrk cost more?
Every garment is singular — cut, reworked, and rebuilt by hand from rare, repurposed materials. Hours (sometimes days) of craftsmanship go into each piece.
You’re not just buying clothes. You’re owning wearable art — made to last, made to matter.
Do you offer adjustments?
Yes. For sizing or fit requests, leave a note at checkout or email us at info@patchwrkdenim.com.
How do the items fit?
Fit notes are included in every product description. Most jeans follow a straight fit unless otherwise stated. A general size chart and garment-specific measurements are available on product pages.

Can I order a commission or custom piece?
Yes — we welcome custom commissions. Email info@patchwrkdenim.com with your ideas or references, and our team will guide you from concept to completion.
Do you restock items?
Most Patchwrk pieces are one-of-one and never restocked. Occasionally, we may bring back select styles. Subscribe to our newsletter for drop and restock alerts.
How do I care for my Patchwrk piece?
Care varies by garment, but we recommend:
- Hand wash or gentle cycle in cold water
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
- Air dry when possible
What is your refund/return policy?
All sales are final — please review your order carefully before confirming. We do not offer refunds, but we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery (if eligible).
- Items must be unworn and tagged
- Unsellable returns will be refused and sent back at your expense
- Excessive returns may lead to limits on future eligibility
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or received an incorrect/damaged item, we’ll honor an exchange or store credit. Sale items are final sale and not eligible.
Package returned to sender
Returned packages will be issued store credit (excluding shipping). We don’t re-ship returned orders, so please double-check your address at checkout.
Tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my order
First, contact the carrier to investigate or file a claim. Once approved, email us and we’ll work with you on store credit or replacement.
Lost or missing packages
Patchwrk is not responsible for packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier. After approval, we’ll help find a resolution.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Some international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning import duties/taxes are your responsibility at delivery. For convenience, you may pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 5–10 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for shipping. You’ll receive email updates at each step (confirmation, shipping, delivery).
Can I cancel or change my order?
All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled or edited. Please review details carefully before checkout.
Multiple orders — can you combine shipping?
At this time, orders are shipped separately and cannot be combined.
I didn’t get a confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s missing, email info@patchwrkdenim.com with your name and order number, and we’ll resend it.
When are new products added?
Our drops are spontaneous — like the work itself. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified the moment new pieces release.
Bulk returns
We can only process up to 5 items per order for return/exchange. Once confirmed, a return cannot be altered. Excessive returns may result in suspension of return eligibility.
Fraudulent claims
We uphold a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent claims or chargebacks without valid reason. Accounts submitting fraudulent claims will be permanently banned. If you believe there’s been a mistake, contact us within 15 days to review your case.
