Patchwrk is the beauty of transformation. Each piece is more than clothing. It’s a one-of-one story, reimagined. Handcrafted from reclaimed textiles, our work blends heritage, culture, and design. By giving new life to the forgotten, we create fashion that feels personal, timeless, and never replicated.
What defines Patchwrk’s value?
Patchwrk represents the intersection of craftsmanship and culture. Each piece is designed, cut, and rebuilt by hand from rare, reclaimed textiles. The process values time, patience, and precision over speed or repetition. What you receive is not mass produced. It is a singular work of design, built to endure and made to matter.
What services do you offer beyond ready to wear?
Patchwrk Studios offers Custom Commissions, Tailoring and Fit Adjustments, and Repairs and Restorations. Each project is reviewed individually to ensure it aligns with our craftsmanship standards.
How do I begin a custom, tailoring, or repair project?
Start on our Studio page and submit the form. Our studio will review your request and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
Do you accept outside garments for tailoring or repair?
Yes, for select pieces that meet our material and construction standards. Denim, wool, and structured cottons are preferred. Lightweight or fragile fabrics may be declined to preserve quality and integrity.
What is the typical timeline for custom, tailoring, or repairs?
Tailoring generally takes 1–2 weeks. Repairs range from 1–3 weeks. Custom Commissions often require 3–6 weeks depending on complexity and materials. Timelines begin once your project is accepted.
Do you offer adjustments?
Yes. We provide Tailoring and Fit Adjustments for Patchwrk pieces and select outside garments. Begin on the Studio page, and our studio will guide you through the process.
Can I order a custom piece or commission?
Yes. Submit your vision on the Studio page. After review, we’ll confirm the timeline, deposit, and next steps to bring your idea to life.
How do the items fit?
Fit notes are included in every product description. Most jeans follow a straight fit unless otherwise stated. A size chart and garment-specific measurements are listed on each product page.

Do you restock items?
Most Patchwrk pieces are one-of-one and never restocked. Occasionally, select styles return. Subscribe to our newsletter for drop and restock alerts.
How do I care for my Patchwrk piece?
Care varies by garment, but we recommend:
• Hand wash or gentle cycle in cold water.
• Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
• Air dry when possible
For repaired or tailored garments, follow the care notes provided at delivery, as construction details may vary.
What is your refund or return policy?
All sales are final — please review your order carefully before confirming. We do not offer refunds, but we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery (if eligible).
Items must be:
• Unworn and tagged
• In original condition
Unsellable returns will be refused and sent back at your expense. Excessive returns may limit future eligibility.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or received an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll honor an exchange or store credit. Sale items are final sale and not eligible.
Custom Commissions, Tailoring, and Repairs are final sale once work begins. If an adjustment is needed, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review the request.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 5–10 business days for production and 3–7 business days for shipping. You’ll receive email updates at each step.
Timelines for Custom garments differ from ready-to-wear and are confirmed during consultation.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Some orders ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning import duties or taxes are your responsibility at delivery. For convenience, you may pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout.
Lost or missing packages
Patchwrk is not responsible for packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier first. After approval, we’ll help find a resolution.
Do repairs come with any guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair fails due to craft within 30 days, we’ll assess and correct it at no charge.
Do you offer rush service?
Limited rush slots may be available for an additional fee. Include your timeline in the intake form, and we’ll confirm availability.
When are new products added?
Our drops are spontaneous, like the work itself. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when new pieces release.
